Welcome to the Piedmont Association of Health
Underwriters and our website.
The Piedmont Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU) is a Local Chapter of
the
National Association of Health
Underwriters (NAHU). The primary purpose of our association is to
support health insurance agents, brokers, company representatives and other
employee benefit professionals. We strive to support the role of our members
in servicing and educating the public about health insurance products and
services. We have approximately 100 members in the Piedmont South Carolina
area and our national association has over 20,000 members nationwide.
This website is designed to help educate the public and prospective members
about who we are and how we can help you. We provide our members with
educational opportunities including Continuing Education credit. In
addition, we are an integral party to local and national discussions on
legislation and regulations impacting our industry.
We
